I learned that the current boathouse operator keeps them in spite of the high cost of repairing them because they are safest row boats on the market and not made any longer. He can put families in them who have never been in a boat before and know they won't tip over. His perfect safety record over 67 years tells you that he knows boating! You are right, we hardly need another upscale yuppie, WiFi restaurant in GGP. There's only ONE GGP boathouse and Phil Ginsburg and Rec & Park are going to ruin in by bringing in an out of state CHAIN of tourist traps!
